Specifically, we managed to find chickens loitering around the following locations:
Near the bend in the road between Coney Crossroads and Shifty Shafts
Near the river bridge to the east of Camp Cuddle
At the crossroad gas station to the south of Rocky Reels.
You can find Fortnite chicken locations in the following areas:
South of Shifty Shafts
North of Coney Crossroads
West of Greasy Grove
Around Chonker’s Speedway.
Here’s where to find chickens in Fortnite and how to fly with a chicken. In the map above, you’ll find a location that pretty reliably spawns chickens you can chase around to complete this challenge. Southwest of Rocky Reels, you’ll find a gas station and another building at an intersection.
What is the new Chicken Challenge in Fortnite right now?
Fortnite has a new set of challenges live today, and there are not one, but two chicken-based challenges in this new hunting-focused season. Players are being asked to both hunt a chicken (not exactly the most dangerous game) and to fly 20 meters with a chicken, which is a bit more fun.
Essentially the same quest of gliding with a chicken given late in Season 6, one of Fortnite Season 7’s latest quests tasks players with gliding at least 20 meters using the animal. Although there are plenty of chickens to be found in the game, actually catching them is another story.
As the most graceful of birds, the chicken is a fantastic choice for getting some extra air in your jump, or just finding a bit of loot. Fortnite Chapter 3’s map is huge, though, and chickens are small.
How do you capture a chicken in Minecraft?
So your best bet to capture a chicken and successfully grab it is to build a series of walls around the area to trap them. They’ll still try to run, but close them in anytime they move to one side or the other and eventually they’ll run out of area to run from you.
