Why do the male cows in barnyard have udders?

The udders on the “male cows” aren’t meant to be gender characteristics: they are just props for generating laughs. Steve Oedekerk, the creator of “Barnyard,” has said that he simply finds udders to be funny.

Is there a type of cow with no udder?

Udder and teat quality are two of the most important functional traits for a beef cow. Although much of the focus in selection of female replacements is on milk production, the milk delivery system (udder and teats) is equally important.

Do bulls have udders?

Why do bulls have utters in the back of the barnyard?

A cow or bovine is a ruminant animal with a four compartment stomach which is vastly different than the simple stomach which humans and pigs share.
